Use this form to request deletion of your Upcentrale account and the data attached to it. You do not need the app installed to make a request.

What gets deleted — Your account and sign-in credentials, your race plans and fuelling schedules, your Fuel Locker contents, and your app settings. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we keep, and why — If you have bought anything from our store, we keep the order and payment records we are legally required to hold for tax and accounting purposes. Those records are separate from your app account. Deleting your account does not cancel an order that is already in progress.

How long it takes — We confirm your request by email within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Backups are cleared on their normal rotation, within 90 days.

What we need from you — The email address on your account. We will send a confirmation to that address before anything is deleted, so nobody else can request deletion on your behalf.
